There are three major objectives that guide our compensation programs: attracting a highly qualified and contrastive workforce; supporting and motivating employees by rewarding their contribution, commitment and performance; and aligning the focus of employees, management, and customers on long-term business and investment results.
Base salary, performance- and incentive-based cash rewards and stock-based compensation are the main components of our remuneration scheme. The inclusion of stock-based income as a significant element of overall compensation helps align our employees' interests with those of our company's shareholders.
